These terms cover your use of the WingIt app and this website. They are written to be read. Using WingIt means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the app.

The app is free

WingIt is free to download and use. No task feature is held behind a payment. If a paid extra is offered in the future, it will buy beauty in the shared world and never progress, position, or capability within it.

Your content is yours

Your tasks, reminders, and postcards belong to you. We claim no ownership over anything you write. Depending on whether you sign in, that content stays on your device or in your own account — the privacy policy describes exactly which, and it is the authority on how your data is handled.

You are responsible for what you put into the app, and for using it lawfully. Please do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or with other people's use of it.

No guarantee of availability

WingIt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the app or the shared journey will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or preserved indefinitely. Features may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued.

WingIt is a to-do app, not a safety-critical or medical tool. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed reminder would cause harm.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost data, or for anything arising out of your use of or inability to use WingIt. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Purchases through the store

Any optional purchase — such as sponsoring the sky — is sold and processed through the app store you installed WingIt from. That store's terms, prices, taxes, and refund rules govern the transaction, not these terms. A sponsorship buys a shared window of beautiful sky; attribution in the app is always anonymous, and it confers no advantage in the journey.

Ending your use

You can stop using WingIt at any time, and delete your account or your local data from within Settings. Leaving costs nothing. Distance you have already given to the flock stays in the shared total, because it contains nothing personal and belongs to everyone.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the “last updated” date changes with them, and material changes will be noted in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [India], and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
